75th Anniversary - Community Contest

What does Devon mean to you? 

The Town of Devon is celebrating 75 years in 2025 and we need your help! What does Devon mean to you? We're asking residents and visitors to submit a photo, drawing and/or written words to help us pick out some key features for our 75th Anniversary branding. 

Contest submissions will be accepted until Sunday, May 5. Submissions will be featured throughout our 75th Anniversary year in 2025 and may be featured on swag items. Join us as we celebrate 75 years of community, creativity and growth!

Submit your entry by Sunday, May 5!

1. Fill out the 75th Anniversary Community Contest Online Form to submit electronically, OR; 
2. If submitting your own creation without the template, please submit one of these following ways: 

• Email your submission to events@devon.ca in JPG, PNG or PDF format
• Drop-off your submission to the Town of Devon Office. 
  • Make sure the submission has your full name, age category & contact information (email & phone) & tell us what the photo, drawing or written words represents. 

Categories & Prizes

Contest Categories: 

• Child (Under 13)
• Youth (13-17)
• Adults (18+)

What do you get if you win? 

• A winner from each category will get a $50 voucher for 75th Anniversary official swag 
• Submissions may get recognition in Town publictations and events
• Your design may be featured on official Town merchandise

Contest Rules, Terms & Conditions: 

• Open to Devon residents and visitors 
• Submissions must be your own unique work (picture taken/drawn yourself and/or words written yourself) & represent the Devon community

Terms & Conditions

• Devon's 75th Anniversary Committee will decide on the winners of each category
• The 75th Anniversary Committee reserves the right to promote all submissions for advertising & promotional purposes. The Town of Devon will retain full rights for advertising and promotional purposes, with credit to the originator. 
• No compensation will be granted for using submissions for advertising & promotional purposes.
