This year, our Devon Days theme is “THEN & NOW”. What better way to celebrate 65 years. Leduc #1 was Born in 1947 and thus, the beginning of our fair town Devon.
FLOAT IDEAS ARE ENDLESS!! There are 6.5 decades to choose from. What was happening in the late 40’s? (Oil & Jazz), the 50’s? (Agricultural Booms & Elvis/Buddy Holly), the 60’s? (Baby Boomers & the Beatles), the 70’s? (Hippies & Led Zepplin) the 80’s? (Disco Days & Michael Jackson), the 90’s? (Mullets & Punk Rock) and last but not least the New Millenium? (Bikes, Hip Hop & Rap) – The list goes on!!
And so, on that note, I challenge each and every one of you to get your creative side in motion and take this opportunity to showcase yourself and to help make this year one of Devon’s finest parades.

The Entry fee is $20.00 payable by cheque to DEXA Association. Your receipt will be your cancelled cheque stubs.

Be sure to join us Sunday in the park where the trophies will be awarded!!
• NO water guns or throwing of candy or objects from the float due to insurance purposes. Please have people walk beside your entry if you wish to hand out candy.
